#souyara feedback has emerged from the need identified in the 2017 Yara Voice to establish a more open and transparent communication in Yara and also to increasingly live out our values.Through #souyara Feedbacks, we collaborators can exchange feedbacks with colleagues, individually or in groups, being able to relate the sent message to one of the values of the company and suggest an action. This will help ensure feedback is always constructive.
